Refund Policy

This English version is the governing version. If it conflicts with a translation, this version prevails.

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund, without giving a reason, within 14 days of your first purchase of Dajia Translate Pro (monthly or yearly). For a renewal, you can likewise request a refund within 14 days of the renewal.

How to request a refund

Click the refund / contact link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, or email [email protected] with the email address you used to purchase. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the time it takes to arrive depends on your payment method.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you can continue to use Pro features until the end of the current period, and you will not be charged again.

Notes

Payments are processed by Paddle (the Merchant of Record). The refund process and applicable taxes are governed by Paddle's buyer terms; this policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under the laws of your location.
